Welcome to the 3.62 release notes! In this release we have made it easier to find your favorite packs with shortcuts on Home, enhanced Pivot slides and improved exports.

What's new
New features
- Open your favorite packs with their default dataset in one click by adding a shortcut to Home. ⭐️
- New API capabilities to help you to integrate Orgvue into your HR and other systems.
Improvements
- Find your data more easily in a new and improved menu in Workspace.
- Rearrange rather than recreate your "Multi slide" zones to quickly update your slides. ⭐️
- Slide subtitles are now available on every type of slide with a simpler way to add and update titles making it easier to add context to your visualizations. ⭐️
- Pivot tables now have a total row so you can quickly check and validate your data. ⭐️
- An improved menu to help you make the right selections to produce your export.
- Choose between the "Property Key" or "Display name" as the column headers for all CSV exports to get the column headers you need. ⭐️
- Save your exporting preferences for next time to make exporting quicker and easier.
- Exports maintain the high contrast between text and background color making it easier to see your data labels. ⭐️
- Consistent font sizing in the Cross Tab export for better looking exports. ⭐️

Shortcuts
Add a shortcut to your favorite packs to "Home".
How do shortcuts work?
Select "Add shortcut" from "Home" and then click the star on the packs that you would like to see saved to "Home" as a shortcut.
You can star a pack at any time from the Workspace packs page.

API updates
We have added new capabilities to our suite of APIs which your IT teams can use to integrate Orgvue into your flows of work and systems.
- Receive callbacks from all asynchronous requests made via the Orgvue API.
- Continue modeling while executing changes by clearing specific changes made in a Draft.

Improvements
Select data menu
We have redesigned the "Select data" menu in Workspace to make it easier to find your data.
How does the "Select data" menu work?
Select a Pack from the Workspace packs tab and the new menu will appear. The menu:
- will show the data source the pack was saved with first,
- then a list of compatible data sources for you to choose.
You can use the search bar at the top of the menu to find your data quickly.

Rearrange your zones in "Multi slide"
You can now move your zones around on a "Multi slide" to quickly update and reorientate your zones.

Just click on the title of a zone and drag it to a new location.

Slide subtitles
You can now add a subtitle to all your slides making it easier to add context to your visualizations. We have also made it easier to update titles and subtitles. Just click on the text to edit.

Simply click on the arrow next to the slide's title to add or remove subtitles.

Total row on "Pivot" slides
"Pivot" slides now have a total row so that you can quickly check and validate your data.

A total row will appear automatically on your "Pivot" slides. You don't need to do anything.

Improved export menu
The export menu has been simplified by moving the advanced options into an "Advanced settings" area.

PDF exports
For PDF exports the "Advanced settings" now include options for:
- Slide titles
- Pack name
- Dataset name
- Color legend
- Filter information
- Paging information
- Link to Orgvue slide
PowerPoint exports
All of the options for PDF exports as well as the option to optimize your exports for Google Slides are available within "Advanced Settings".
Data exports including CSV and TSV
For data exports you can choose to:
- Export all your Nodes or just those currently selected,
- All properties or just those selected,
- Options relating to column headers,
- What order your want your properties to be exported,
from "Advanced settings".

In the export window select CSV or TSV as the export type. Then expand the formatting section. There you can choose if you want to use the keys of a property or the display name.

Save your export preferences
You can now choose to save your export preferences for next time.
How does saving your export preferences work?
When exporting click the "Save these preferences" option at the bottom of the export menu.
Your preferences will be saved separately for each type of export:
- PowerPoint (pptx)
- CSV
- TSV

Exports maintain high contrast
The text contrast on exports has been adjusted to make values on charts easier to read in PowerPoint and PDF exports against dark backgrounds.
Cross tab export font sizing
The text sizing on Cross tab exports has been adjusted so that text is always as consistently sized as possible to make your exports more uniform and attractive.
