Refresh Baseline

Once the Build Baseline step is complete no further changes can be made to the mapping of properties however the Refresh Baseline option will allow you to refresh the underlying data which the initial snapshot was created from

Refreshing the baseline will enable the addition of new role clusters, business units and locations

New positions in the refreshed data will also be added to the baseline

Before running the refresh baseline option in Workforce Planning the original dataset must be updated in Orgvue without amending the dataset name

Any mapped properties for updated dataset rows must have valid values as detailed in Baseline dataset Requirements

To refresh the baseline:

1. Update the source dataset
2. Select Refresh baseline option on the Build baseline screen
3. Select Preview build
4. The Preview Build screen will be displayed with a summary of changes applied to the baseline
5. Select Refresh baseline to complete the refresh process
