Recruitment Plan
This enables you to extract a Recruitment Plan based on the modelled positions changes and known workforce events captured in supply forecasting
The recruitment plan screen contains two tabs
Plan
In order to plan recruitment for new positions with appropriate lead times you should estimate the average time to fill a position for each role cluster
- Select the
Time to fillbutton - This will open a table containing each role cluster
- Enter the time in months to fill a position for each role cluster
- The Toolbox options may be used to copy and paste table values
Review
The review tab is where you can view and export your completed recruitment plan on two slides
The recruitment plan slide provides detail of the FTEs to recruit by role cluster each month showing when recruitment should be started for each role based on the estimated time to fill
The Recruitment List slide has a worksheet list of roles to be recruited
