This page allows the downloading of the documentation associated with the Implementation

Orgvue Implementation
This section contains:
- A. View Sign off
- B. Download
View Sign off
Selecting the View sign off
button will open a pop-up window
This stage would have been completed at the end of Implementation to ensure both Orgvue and the owner for the tenant are happy with the configuration that has been applied in Implementation
The pop-up window documents the Orgvue owner from your company and the Orgvue employee (using their initials) and the date they signed off implementation
This is not editable
If any changes are made in the hub, sign off will not change
Download
The Download
option allows the downloading of a .pdf document detailing the setup of the tenant completed during implementation
Selecting the Download
button will open a file explorer window to allow the document to be saved to the preferred location
The document can be opened in Adobe Reader for review
Data Dictionary
The data dictionary allows the viewing and downloading of the file metadata and property mapping from a single location
It gives an overall view of the file configurations that have been set up in the tenant during Implementation
It contains:
- A. Mapping
- B. Files
- C. Data Model
Mapping
This provides an overview of what properties and calculated properties have been mapped for People, Positions and Links
- To navigate between the People, Positions and Links datasets , click on the radio button beside each
- The dictionary outlines the data type, display name, source key, description and property key
- The dictionary contains both mapped and calculated properties, calculated properties are identified by the
funnel
icon - To download the mapping, click on the
Download CSV
button. This will download the mapping for the selected dataset
Note: The mapping extract download only includes headers that have been mapped from the source files. The extract does not include headers that are not mapped
Files
This section of the data dictionary details all the different files that used to create the snapshot datasets
It outlines the different files and the properties from each, that are loaded into Orgvue
To download the entire listing of the files uploaded and the properties from each, click the Download CSV
button
Note: The downloaded csv file will include all headers that are in the uploaded file in the Data Structure stage of the hub
The extract does not differentiate between mapped and unmapped properties
Data model
This section details the way in which files are merged or unioned and highlights what file each header came from
- To view the data model for the People, Positions and Links datasets select the required radio button
- The header that is used to merge the files is highlighted in orange
- This can be download by selecting the
Download CSV
button
Note: The data model extract download includes all headers that are in the uploaded file in the Data Structure stage of the hub
The extract does not differentiate between mapped and unmapped properties
